Features:

6. V-Groove Depth C minimum 0.25MM. Additional external dimensions after separation: 0.1MM-0.2MM. Component height limitation on PCB surface: G-40MM, J-34MM

Install a photoelectric sensor device that automatically stops the machine when the operator's hand enters the splitting area.

The flying knife PCB separator is an electric board cutting machine equipped with upper circular blades and lower straight blades. Driven by stepper motors, it can separate various large or small PC boards with pre-cut grooves. The standard cutting length is up to 400MM, and sizes beyond this range can be accommodated by selecting other models in this series through customization. The travel distance of the upper circular blade (i.e., the cutting length) can be preset, ensuring safe operation and minimizing cutting stress. Both the upper circular blade and lower straight blade are made of special steel.

The ZS-206 model is the standard-length separator, which can also be customized as follows:
